ENGLISH GUIDE

English Instructions

All DIY card designs use the same basic method. Find your card in the reference images above and check the hole numbers before you begin.

Before you start
Tulip / Clover — Follow the hole numbers and order shown above.
Cactus — Check which number uses the longest stem in each color.
Taiwan — Check the numbers for the longest and shortest stems.
01
Open the holes carefully

Use the punch needle to open the marked holes. If you have a soft cloth, fold it and place it underneath the card so you can press more evenly.

02
Insert the chenille stems by number

Insert both ends of each chenille stem according to the numbered holes. Some designs use different stem lengths, so check the position and length before inserting.

03
Arrange the front

Keep the chenille stems straight and flat against the front of the card. Avoid twisting them so the finished design looks neat.

04
Secure the back

After each stem is inserted, fold the ends inward on the back of the card to keep the chenille stems in place.

Notes

Please handle the punch needle carefully and keep your fingers away from the needle tip.

Push the punch needle in until the middle section of the needle reaches the hole. This makes the opening large enough for the chenille stem to pass through more easily.
Check the hole numbers and order before inserting the chenille stems, as some numbers may be covered after the stems are in place.
